We want every guest who stays with us to feel nice and carefree. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask you to take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the house rules.
By confirming the reservation, it is understood that you are familiar with the house rules and that you will adhere to them.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
⦁ Upon arrival at Poseidon Apartment (Koprska ulica 16, 6310 Izola), please contact us, where you will arrange check-in. Reservation is possible only by presenting an identity document or other official document with name, surname, address, date of birth, place of birth and document no.
⦁ Check-in is available from 15:00 to 22:00.
⦁ If you want the booked apartment to be available in the morning on the day of arrival, we will also charge you for the apartment for the previous night, because it was not rented out due to the early hour.
⦁ On the day of departure, please leave the apartment by 10:00.
A parking permit to park your car on one of the parking will be waiting for you, the kitchen table will be available to you during your stay. After you leave the apartment, PLEASE LEAVE THE PARKING CARD in the mailbox next to the front door.
TOURIST TAX
⦁ Tourist tax is charged on the day of departure and is 3,10 € per adult per day and 1,55 € for children from 7 to 18 years of age, below 7 years is free.
ACCOMMODATION
⦁ Entrance to the house is possible with a 6-digit code, which will be assigned to you at the time of booking and will be active during your stay until 10:00 of the last day. After that time, the entrance in the apartment will not be possible.
⦁ Entrance into the apartment on the first floor is with a key stored in the KEY BOX next to the entrance door. The KEY BOX code and entrance 6-digit code will be sent to you a few days before your arrival.
⦁ Please always check if the main entrance door is closed. Every time you leave the apartment keep windows and doors closed.
⦁ Smoking is strictly prohibited in apartments and other interiors.
⦁ Overnight stays of guests who are not registered and have not paid for the stay are prohibited. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to charge an additional night.
⦁ Please do not damage or take away inventory. It is also not desirable to change the layout of the interior. The guest is responsible for leaving the room or apartment in the condition in which it was taken over.
⦁ The guest is liable for damage caused through his own fault or through the fault of those for whom he is responsible and those who visit him. Poseidon apartment reserves the right to charge the guest for any damage found, regardless of when the damage was found.
⦁ In the event of any damage to your apartment, please notify us immediately by phone.
⦁ Night peace is required from 22:00 to 6:00. As the apartment is intended for rest and relaxation, it is necessary to ensure peace during the before mentioned hours and to be considerate of neighbours.
⦁ On the ground floor you can use the storage place for your own staff (bicycle, water cushions, rollers, child stroller….)
We kindly ask you to:
⦁ Do not disturb other occupants with radios, televisions and other devices.
⦁ Please pay attention to the windows and close them when you leave the apartment or in case of bad weather.
⦁ Use energy safely and efficiently.
⦁ Do not open the windows if you have the air conditioning on.
⦁ Possession and use of drugs or possession of weapons is strictly prohibited! In case of non-compliance with this rule, we have the right to seize such goods and inform the police.
FIRE SAFETY
⦁ Upon arrival at the house, get to know with the evacuation plan and the layout of fire extinguisher in the apartment. In case of fire, follow the fire regulations.
⦁ In the case of fire, immediately call the fire brigade on 112 and the hosts (Samanta +386 40 232 311, Kevin +386 70 863 235). In case of fire, leave the house as soon as possible.
⦁ Use fire extinguishers according to the instructions.
⦁ Please be careful when cooking. Before leaving the apartment, always make sure you turn off the electric cooker, oven, microwave, barbecue, toaster, etc.….
⦁ The introduction of flammable and explosive substances or substances with an unpleasant odour into the premises of the apartment is strictly prohibited.
HOUSE PETS
Pets are not allowed.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
⦁ During your stay in the apartment you are obligated to take care of the order and cleanliness of the apartment.
⦁ Before leaving the apartment, please wash all the dishes behind you and put them in place, empty the waste bins and take away the waste to the ecological island located close to apartment.
⦁ Final cleaning of the apartment is charged 35 EUR, If the apartment is filthy and requires additional cleaning, you will be charged an additional cost of 65 EUR.
⦁ In case you would like your apartment or room to be cleaned more often, please let us know. The service is charged according to the valid price list.

PERSONAL ITEMS
⦁ Poseidon Apartment does not assume any responsibility for money, jewellery, securities and other items that the guest keeps in the room, apartment or car. Poseidon Apartment is not responsible for the personal property of the guests.
⦁ The use of parking areas is at your own risk. The host does not take responsibility for parked vehicles, damage and objects in them.
⦁ Before leaving, make sure you have not forgotten anything. We will send the found items to your home only at your request. The loss of the parking card for parking will be charged to the guest in the amount of 80 EUR.
⦁ In case of violation of the house rules, the owner has the right to cancel the guest’s further stay in the apartment without reimbursement of rental costs.
